Dr. Colleen (Stratton) Miller is a native of Oak Lawn, Illinois. She graduated from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois in 1993 and National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois in 1999. She went on to complete her post-doctoral certification in Acupuncture in May 2000. She also has her certification from the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP). She previously owned and practiced at Stratton Chiropractic and Family Health Center in Waterloo and Red Bud.
Dr. Miller’s primary focus and true passion is the care of newborns and pregnant mothers, as well as women’s fertility issues and hormone imbalance. She is certified in the Webster Technique and CST/craniopathy and is continuing her training in the Chiropractic Internist program (DABCI).
Dr. Miller loves living outside of Waterloo with her husband, children and the baby of her family - a 10lb Maltipoo.
Dr. Katie (Millang) Neff was born and raised in the Midwest. She found her love for chiropractic care after a dance injury in high school. She sought chiropractic care herself, which ultimately led her to choose chiropractic as her profession.
She graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2018 with her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree and also completed her post-doctoral certification in acupuncture. Dr. Neff is certified in Webster Technique and is currently working on completing her pediatric certification from the Council of Chiropractic in the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice. She started her career as an associate at Stratton Chiropractic and Family Health Center.
Dr. Neff recently started her own family and lives with her husband, sweet baby girl, and dog out in the country. She has a passion for treating families of all kinds through the many stages of life, from pregnancy, into birth and infancy, and childhood into adulthood. She looks forward to helping you and your whole family achieve the natural health you’re looking for.
Dr. Jen (Steinbaugh) Kujawski is a Monroe county native and lives in Waterloo with her two children. She graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2009 with a doctorate of chiropractic and a post-doctoral certification in acupuncture. She previously owned and practiced at Balanced Health Chiropractic & Wellness Center in Waterloo.
Dr. Jen enjoys treating children, adults and elderly patients and focuses on utilizing a variety of techniques to meet the needs of as many people as possible. She is a very genuine, personable doctor that works hard to give every patient the care they deserve.
Dr. Sadie Gal Sanders is a chiropractor who believes in both the body’s ability to heal and in meeting patients exactly where they are. As a patient advocate, she is passionate about helping individuals reach their health, wellness, and life goals in a way that is both patient-centered and efficient.
Her approach to care considers the whole person, supporting the physical body while also acknowledging the emotional and lifestyle factors that influence healing. Dr. Sanders uses a wide range of skills to tailor care to each individual, including chiropractic adjustments, exercise guidance, sports rehab techniques, and other gentle therapies when appropriate. She has a particular interest in neuromusculoskeletal care and enjoys helping patients better understand their bodies so they can feel confident, informed, and empowered in their health decisions.
Dr. Sanders began practicing at age 24, gaining experience in a variety of settings across the country. She has cared for patients of all ages and activity levels, from newborns to older adults, weekend warriors to competitive athletes, busy parents, and individuals recovering from injuries or motor vehicle accidents. Her background includes working with athletes in sports such as football, rugby, running, golf, and CrossFit, as well as extensive experience with everyday aches, pains, and movement limitations.
Born and raised in a small Midwestern community, Dr. Sanders values connection, trust, and taking the time to truly listen. She completed her undergraduate studies at Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville before transferring to Logan College of Chiropractic, where she later returned as a full-time faculty member.
In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Sanders has a strong passion for education where she enjoys mentoring future chiropractors. She considers teaching and shaping the next generation of chiropractic doctors a meaningful responsibility and privilege.
Outside the office, Dr. Sanders enjoys spending time with her husband and family, staying active, and anything involving dogs, especially her beloved bulldogs.
Ciera Flinders has been practicing massage therapy for 8 years. She specializes in deep tissue and also teaches a kinesiology modality called Touch for Health which she incorporates into her sessions. Along with this she is currently beginning her journey as a holistic iridologist with a desire and goal to bring this community a well rounded holistic approach to help bring awareness to and heal the individual on an emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual level.
Sherry Stein embarked on her massage career in the summer of 2020. She specializes in deep tissue massage and has chosen to deep dive into continuing education certifying in 5 levels of myofascial release as well as beginning her training in touch for health. One can choose to experience a relaxing/renewing massage to a more deep therapeutic session within her care.
